Dekstrin dekstranaza (EC 2.4.1.2, dekstrinska 6-glukoziltransferaza, dekstranska dekstrinaza, 1,4-alfa-D-glukan:1,6-alfa-D-glukan 6-alfa-D-glukoziltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (1->4)-alfa-D-glukan:(1->6)-alfa-D-glukan 6-alfa-D-glukoziltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
